BACHELOR OF ART WITH GRAPHIC DESIGN CONCENTRATION

The Graphic Design Concentration equips students with a comprehensive understanding of design principles, practical competencies, and digital software proficiencies essential for achieving a high level of expertise in the field of design. This program not only prepares students for advanced studies at the postgraduate level but also sets them on a path towards a successful career in design. Our curriculum encompasses a wide range of courses, spanning from introductory to advanced levels, covering areas such as Typography, Publication Design, Corporate Identity, UX/UI Design, Packaging, Design Conceptualization, and Portfolio Development.

Additionally, Special Topics in Design will offer a diverse range of subjects, including high-end security printing, environmental design, web design, typeface development, motion media, and wayfinding systems, among others. To provide practical hands-on experience, we facilitate internship opportunities through collaborations with design firms at the local, regional, and national levels.

For their Senior Capstone exhibition, Art majors specializing in the Graphic Design Concentration will showcase a final portfolio that demonstrates their acquired theoretical, conceptual, technical, and practical knowledge.
